WHAT IS INTEGRITY?

Our System

¿What is Integrity?

Our System

Integrity is a tool for reporting violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct on a confidential, anonymous, safe, and straightforward basis. The system is operated by EthicsGlobal, experts in complaint and report management.

An entity’s integrity has a direct impact on its reputation and success. If you have questions about how to properly behave in a given situation, or if a person is not acting in accordance with Rassini’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, you have the moral duty to speak up and the right to do so in a safe, easy, confidential and – where appropriate – anonymous way.

You can report it by using our Integrity tool.

Pursuant to our Code of Ethics and Conduct, every reported matter will be investigated and corrective actions will be taken if the situation so warrants.

The Company expects all employees, suppliers, and customers to comply and ensure compliance with its Code of Ethics and Conduct by observing the company’s standards and policies, as well as the laws, rules, and regulations of every place where it operates.

Our Responsibility

  • To provide tools and channels to receive questions and complaints in a straightforward, safe, confidential, and anonymous manner, without fear of any kind of repercussion or retaliation.
  • To investigate, solve and, whenever applicable, pursue disciplinary actions.

Your Responsibility

  • Whether you are a victim, a witness, or have knowledge of an improper conduct, you must report it so as to avoid becoming an abettor.
  • To use the reporting channels provided by the company.
  • To follow up complaints to learn about the status and corrective actions taken in the investigation and, if applicable, contribute further information, evidence, or report second offenses.

 WEB ASSISTANT

In addition to any evidence, if any, the whistleblower needs to have all the information relating to the matter being reported at hand bearing the following questions in mind: Who? When? Where? How?

The whistleblower will open the form and will be led by the Interactive Web Assistant by means of questions prompted based on the information it provides. The whistleblower will have the option to enter the name and position of the person or persons involved, attach evidence, describe and classify its complaint, and any further relevant information that may be conducive to an appropriate investigation.

Once the whistleblower has completed the report, the system will provide a follow-up code that must be kept for follow-up purposes.
